Thermal imaging included with every home inspection at no extra cost
Thermal cameras use infrared technology to display the radiant heat reflected off surfaces as a visual image that we can interpret. This allows us to see problems we otherwise wouldn't see or know about until it's too late! Some of the things we're looking for include: Wet areas caused by leaks, humidity issues, or foundation cracks. Poor insulation consistency, or lack of. Bad seals around windows and doors. We can also verify that all ducts and/or radiant heat sources are working.
